When we leave your house, your house is already listed in both the FMLS and MLS listings. We try to give you the most customer service for your money and are always available to answer any real estate questions. We will negotiate your contracts to make sure you don't leave thousands on the table and get the best price for your property. We are experts at this and have been doing it for an average of 10 years. We are experienced realtors and have dealt in both residential and commercial real estate services.
Jay as well as other members of his Atlanta and Marietta real estate team will be available to answer questions and give support when you need it. If you don't reach us at the office, call our cell phone. We will give you that number when we list your home. No other discount broker makes this claim.

Our ads on Realtor.com get noticed. We add scrolling banners and multiple pictures, which is more than most traditional Atlanta or Marietta real estate agents will do.
Your home is added to multiple "For Sale By Owner" real estate sites such as allthelistings.com and 3 other for sale by owner sites. We will promote your home everywhere possible in order to give you the best chance to sell your home without paying commissions to realtors---saving you tons of money!
What if you find the house? If you just want us to negotiate the contract, the inspection, and then go to the closing, we will give you back half of our realty commission.
